It is the inferior component (in cephalic direction) of the laminar clamp for rod. The laminar clamp for the rod is formed by a sublaminar hook for the rod and a sharpened supralaminar hook. It has a threaded hole to the breakable shaft. Also it is possible to be used of individual form.
