It is the inferior component of the laminar clamp for cable of exclusive use in the correction of deformities such as escoliosis. It has a lateral hole destined to lodge the head of the cable and threaded hole for locking screw. The laminar clamp for cable is formed by asharpened supralaminar hook and a sublaminar hook for cable and mounts in the deformed vertebra and it will be united to the rod by means of a cable that will transfer the column correcting its curvature.
