Transpedicular screw of low profile for movable tulip. With spherical head to obtain 360º poliaxial angulation. With male hexagon for screwdriver. Conical thread core to confer resistance to the base of the tulip which is subjected to grater stresses. The conical shape of the screw eliminates the need for preliminary tapping and enables easier and safer screw insertion. Blunt and self-tapping end.
