Of hemispheric and solid profile, it has 3 spikes to guarantee the optimal initial stability. The double porous coating Porofitt + hidroxyapatite (HA) assures the fixation in the long term. The good fixation between the metallic component and the bone assures that movements do not take place that can alter the distribution of loads adapted between pelvis and fémur.
Equipped with system of metal-plastic fixation by fin with 18 positions of direction.
The finished inner polished mirror of low roughness avoids particle loosening by wearing down in the outer part of the plastic component.
Thanks to to the superior projection of the plastic component, the sealed apical hole is being obtained.
