Its proximal geometric configuration allows the transmission of loads through the femoral metafisis. Its widening or medial-lateral wedge in the proximal zone allows to a correct adjustment and optimal fixation in the intertrochantereus region.
It has double porous covering Porofitt+HA that assures a perfect stability and favors the osteointegración. In addition it acts like impermeable barrier to the particle passage avoiding the osteolisis.
It displays a conical form in the grooved and reduced distal zone, therefore the rubbing of endostio avoids cortical and the consequent pain in the thigh.
